HOW TO OPERATE THE ADJUSTOR
ADJUSTOR comes with five (5) adjustable locations for different ranges of stride
imply release the knob going down (Top hole is the smallest range) to adjust stride length. To make further adjustments, first pull up the knob then move it down to the new desired location. Finally, set the knob/pin to the new location by locking up the knob.
There are two places that will display the stride length selection you just made:
(1) On the console display, there is a LED indicator. Every time you select a new location, the LED display will indicate the selected stride length accordingly.
(2) On one side of the adjustor, there is an “ARROW “ that will indicate the stride length you selected.
